ONLY for use with MI AK Alpha Series handguards (MI-AK-ALPHA6, MI-AK-ALPHA10.0). Not compatible with other Midwest Industries generations or other manufacturers’ products. Extremely rigid optic and red dot mount for use with Picatinny mounted sights. Utilizes two aluminum and two steel stability struts for a solid lock up. 4-point attachment to MI AK Alpha Series handguard ensures optics hold zero. Maintains factory rear sight with lower 1/3 cowitness sight picture. Aluminum components constructed from Hard Coat Anodized 6061 Aluminum. Steel stability struts are laser cut 4140 steel.

I love this solution compared to the original scope mount. It leaves you with a slick profile allowing for left folding stocks and dust cover removal.

Although not Carolina’s issue, Midwest should bring the price down in my opinion. It’s a solid attachment, but why almost the same cost as the whole hand guard!?
