This Kit comes combined with the tools needed to thread the barrel on your 7.62X39 rifle in 1/2 x 28 RH threads.

Kit includes:
1 - Thread Alignment Tool
1 - Threading Oil
1 - 1.5" Die Handle
1 - 1/2 x 28 RH Threading Die.

This Kit EXCLUDES the parts needed to cut your sight block: 7.62 Annular Pilot and Annular Cutter (These parts sold by CSS separately.)

Works for 0.500" to 0.520" O.D. barrels.
Die Diameter is 1.5".
Needs 1.5" die handle.
Sight block must be cut back first on Saiga rifles.

Dies do not have any warranty.
If you over tighten the die holder you can crack the die.
If you do not use oil you can break cutting teeth from the die.

Die, oil, die handle, and the thread guide are included. If you need more than that, please see your local gunsmith.
Everything was well packaged and in good shape when I received it.
I was relieved to see that the thread guide was included.
For those who are impatient: Please see your local barrel retailer. For everyone else: Wear PPE, make sure that the material and the tool are the correct diameter, take your time, listen to the tool, and enjoy your new super power of threading things. This is EZ$ if you are familiar with threading by hand.
Pro tip: don't believe everything you see on the internet. Basic die fundamentals are sufficient to complete this task accurately.

Received a Norinco MAK90 body from may late father-in-law.  Gun was missing all furniture, some operating parts and had a blank milled barrel and that measured 0.509 major diameter.  This product worked great for my son and I to cut the barrel with 1/2× 28 threads for a muzzle device.  Since then we have purchase all the missing 922r parts to finish rebuilding the rifle.  Thank you!

I was able to tread  the OD of my MAK-90 to screw on a muzzle break.   Everything came out perfect.
